Right to Complain
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction – depending on the specific situation.
You must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering the fault. If you make a complaint within two months of discovering the issue, it will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment, so we can reimburse your return shipping costs.

When you shop with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We collect and share the personal data necessary to deliver your order.
Personal data is registered with Sprog og Leg and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
We also work with several other companies that store and process data on our behalf. These companies may only process your information in accordance with our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
You have the right to know what data we process about you.
If you believe the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it—for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.
