Shipping & Delivery
We deliver with GLS to your nearest GLS parcel shop.
Shipping is paid by the customer and costs DKK 45.
We always strive for fast delivery within 1–4 business days, but please note that longer delivery times may occur during busy periods and holidays.
Right of Withdrawel
As a customer, you have 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawel period expires 14 days afters the day you receive your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the last item.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
